Can I reset my progress?

If you want to restart the game, uninstall it, and download it again.

However, if you have already linked your game to Game Center or Google Play, you cannot connect a new one.

Please note that purchases made in your old account won't move into your new account.

I did not receive my in-app purchase

We understand that in the rare occurrence where you don’t immediately receive your in-app purchase, it can be very concerning. But don’t worry, we’re here to help. First, please close the game, open it again, and restore the purchases using the Restore Purchase button in the game.

If that does not work, please visit our Discord server and open a ticket in the Support channel. We’ll get back to you ASAP.

My progress was lost. What should I do?

If your progress is lost, try logging out and back into your account. If the issue continues, contact our support team through our Discord server.
